Yes, it takes along time to write a half page letter explaining ANOTHER TOXIC NOTE!.
Considering the long list of so called milestones, the PPS can barely stay above a third of a penny with a so called huge announcement due within 14 trading days.
The 20% should be complete and in place by now, yet the market is not moving very well.
