Does not matter what they imported in the past. The are going to have to partner with some company or money source to go forward. It comes down to whether one believes they have the intent to make it work despite what you think is a proven fraud. I have been around long enough to see worse situations make it. I believe it is not over and something will evolve from this in time. You are bending over backwards to kill this company. I am now more suspicious of your intents than the company.
