I wonder how many were approached before Kriegsman found a taker....how really pathetic to sell shares well below the current share price. So how does the argument go for CYTR and LADR...it's so valuable you can't place new shares at a price better then $1.25???????

Well the good news....(for Kriegsman) his king sized paycheck won't bounce.
