Perhaps due to rapidly declining share value, .25 cents PS is all Aspire would go, as they will be selling it into the float, with others who want to unload it won't take long to get to .25 PS.

I see it as Leo's 'Last Draw'.
Should be obvious to many that IPIX is in serious trouble. Leo lost control of his sled.

My question is why so cheap? Avg. price over that period was at least $.40.

That's a huge discount.

Clearly they need the money or the doors are closing. Aspire is going to need to dump a bunch more shares...
