In current circumstances I totally disagree. There is of course no guarantee of dilution coming to and end. SIAF is only allwed to buy not so many shares per day. The effect could be to give unhappy shareholders to sell more shares. A fixed cash dividend will make it more expensive for Solomon to increase the share count.
