Yet he contributes to the mess... He is chair of the compensation committee, and has thereby approved the new compensation scam. This is after the ECAB-dilution and the toxic note that guarantees that the PPS will stay depressed (and maybe even implode) until Solomon delivers. So over-Capex Dilution-Lee is now rewarded for delaying things further. That is, at best, very amateurish of Nisse.
