simple explanation for the price decline..

and it does NOT fit into the SHORT and DISTORT story..

CTIX/IPIX has been getting a LOT done on a shoe string budget for

years now.. and we are finally at the goal line..

Those spreading FUD have imo done everything they can to pile on

the stock's declining price.. in order to equate share price with

"failure"

I guess if you are a trader.. and you bought high and sold low.. you "failed"

As an investor who has averaged down.. imo the company has succeeded in most of their goals.

Partnership(s) being the achievement we longs are all waiting for.

The share price will follow.
