It's based on nothing but opinion. Anyone on this board who claims to be in contact with the Auditors and have insight is complete BS.

No-one knows, not even the company. Per the company update on FB today, the company stated that the Auditor asked for one final thing which was to correct the derivative liability, which the company completed and sent back to the auditor. So, the auditor could give the ok to file at any moment.

I believe we'll see something very shortly. We shall see.
