I consider the shares I own as worthless, perhaps they do have some worth to offset any capital gains from the sale of other real stock, using the value loss from SIOR, not sure if that is the correct assumption though.

Asking here because some of you really understand penny stocks, there is lots of info out there and I can't find a definitive answer.

Since SIOR is now a private company, do they have to make an offer for the shares, or do we all own pieces of the private company?
