If they issue more shares to raise funds and increase the float buy 25% or 50% and dont add value with an acquisition or merger of some sort the stock price will go down 25 or 50% eventually. Now if they raise the funds through an offering plus come out with really great news then it's a different story. But so far I haven't seen any great news in the three years I've been following this. Just pump and dumps
