Expect to see FQFC appear as shareholder within the Credit Publicity System for the Chinese entity upon acquisition - within 20 days of occurrence (acording to real-time disclosure standards).

Given that the current Registered Capital (RC) of the Chinese Fuquan Limited Liability entity is quite low (in comparison to subsidiary RC) - FQFC would need to contribute a relatively small amount of RC to gain (at least) 50% of controlling shares.
