Those are the facts! It is important for investors to see why the decline in share price. That is alot of pressure. I am SUPER BULL on IPIX but I am not an idiot. The SP goes down with dilution and when dilution stops the SP goes UP and UP!

Has anyone ever invested in a pink/otcbb stock that diluted via CD's? And the stock just tanks while the conversion is going on as the holders get sometimes up to 50% discount on share price and it just tanks and tanks and once done - it recovers a little but normally those stocks don't have much to live for - some garbage technology and then another CD is needed etc..... That is not happening here. IPIX has the goods, and is a HAIR away from a blockbuster deal, so the dilution here which is NOT A CD nor TOXIC, could be a serious GIFT to all that got in at .40 or so because the minute they are pumped with 10-20 - 100 million upfront cash and 100's of millions in milestones - this stock price will re-asses to where it should be ---- in the 5-10-20 dollar range because behind that first deal there are many more and even better drugs..........GET READY!


There were so many hints in that 10Q that I am reading that there will be something MAJOR happening in the next days/weeks/ to come.

Prurisol Data could blow this back up on it's own prior to the B-OM deal, but I think we see a B-OM deal as soon as tomorrow!
