A reverse merger is a PRIVATE company going public thru taking over a shell.... which this clearly is a shell. In a reverse split the company coming in and taking over doesn’t care or want any employees or assets or liabilities. ALL THEY WANT is an empty shell to transfer their company into.
It’s a pretty common maneuver. I have no idea if that is in fact happening here. But with a shell like this it’s always a possibility. An RM can be one of the most profitable of trades.
