I posted , maybe on CLNE site, that Tesla was going to need almost 2 Billion to stay afloat. I haven't read the Alpha article yet but I don't know how Elon figures he can produce A class 8 truck when he is having such a hard time making his model 3 sedan??
Plus as I've said many times the cost of Lithium, the infrastructure needed to sustain an electric fleet plus the extra weight of the vehicle will not be solved in the near future.
The ZEV class 8 truck is just not feasible at this point.

My advise to anyone reading this post is to not get sucked in by all the propaganda that these green lovers dish out. Its all pie in the sky nonsense. Twenty years down the road maybe. Not today not in the next buying cycle.
