Hmmm, the people that eat lunch at Trinity Church are not homeless. The people that emerge from and enter the 4 and 5 train are employees or tourists. The people at the NY Federal Hall are tourists, many of the buildings on WS are now apartments with doormen, there is a gym, and high end retail. One can go all the way from Trinity to the East River and find very few homeless.

How we like them apples. And since most B/Ds left FIDI, and the NYSE is actually on Broad, even though it as a WS address,seriously?
