This company is out of surprises. There is no coming back from this latest snafu. Tony, the CEO..formerly CFO supposedly with lots of Wall Street experience and contacts, could not smooth talk his way out of an SEC suspension after 2 years of delinquencies.

His slick promises in November of the audits being "complete" while he was also trying to find money to pay the auditors - all while telling the shareholders they will be released "soon" shows the depths he went to deceive us all. Ditto for his Director of Misinformation, Mr. Lampl.

Some think this whole charade has been by design, some think maybe he really is just a really BAD business person. But either way, the company is - for all intents and purposes - done. Not that it ever began in the first place......
