Our new Stock Spot pick PLRS is like a balloon that keeps getting filled with more and more air… eventually it’s going to burst!

You see PLRS has recently raised $3 Million in a convertible debenture financing. I believe this converted into about 150 Million shares. This is what has caused all the pressure recently. From my understanding, at least 125 Million of these shares have been eaten up by investors and there should only be about 25 Million shares left to be sold.

As you can see this is what has caused all the resistance recently, especially today. Although the stock didn’t go up much in price today, it was a very important day that extinguished a lot of the convertible debenture shares which is a must for PLRS to gap up. I believe at least 50 Million were taken out today but this is just my opinion.

This has huge benefits for everyone because it gives every investor the chance to accumulate at such a low price before the stock explodes!
