Good luck on PERI. Stock is certainly cheap. But it was cheap last summer at $2. And then cheap all the way down. For whatever reason (lack of growth, the sector, Israeli stock, big difference between GAAP & non-GAAP earnings, etc) PERI hasn't gotten much respect. But maybe with today's nice gain, things are changing for the better.
