The Company must still regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) before July 2, 2018.

In the event the Company does not regain compliance by July 2, 2018, the Company may be eligible for additional time to regain compliance. To regain compliance, the closing bid price of the common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") will need to be at least US$1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days. As previously disclosed,

the Company will be seeking shareholder approval at its next Annual and Special General Meeting, scheduled for June 4, 2018,

to carry out a share consolidation at an appropriate time to re-establish compliance with the US$1.00 minimum bid price requirement for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
