So there has been 2500 shares offered at the ask of .26 for a couple of hours....

.....how do multiple trades at the ask of .26 print, each at or larger than the 2500 offered, and the ask does not move....??? some of the trades were 15,000 and 10,000 share blocks, yet the ask stays at .26 with 2500 shres offered...
