Last Settlement:4/24/2018. There is No other dullution on the books or settled at this time. We are fighting the case right now for NB's failure to mitigate losses. (Not our fault and don't want to pay for it).

Run-down of what dullution Actually happened.
If we do end up loosing the case, worst scenario is a drip effect of shares.
