Chapter 7---shares are worthless unless the value of the assets liquidated are greater than the creditor claims---which as filed are roughly ~$4M---so doubtful---the creditor claims may be pared down as there are about $900K disputed claims from over 20 years ago...

Chapter 11...commons are at the bottom of the totem pole---no idea what kind of financing deal they can come up with to satisfy creditors and still carve out a piece for shareholders....usually existing shares are cancelled and in some(rare) instances, existing holders get a pro rata stake in the new shares that are issued when the company exits Chapter 11...

no idea what the end game is here of current management...
