This one moves multi ticks on every buy and sell so the float has to be close to that.

The Authorized Shares is only 150 million and the Outstanding Shares is lower then that. OTC markets page has the O/S at 133mill. That is VERY LOW for the OTC and also for a ticker that's still under a penny in price. Even if the float was the same amount as the O/S or even the same as the A/S we would still be golden from these levels as low as they are. This company is just getting started and still has a baby share structure.
