The really sharp dude and his director of miscommunication were absolutely not "caught off guard". And Lampl trying to explain it away with a silly comparison to a missed credit card payment is just ludicrous. I wish I could have heard that short conversation.

The SEC knows the exact date the company received the notice in March because it would have been sent certified and signed by a party at BLTA dba USGL upon delivery.
