The logistics involved with enforcing the Bitcoin ATM patent will take a team of lawyers. My feeling is that Carl didn't want to spend the next 2 or 3 years suing folks for a few million when he could turn the profits into something more substantial with the ATM machines, ICO's, Sports and Recreational gaming and whatever else he will be doing with Blockchain DNA. My guess is that a group of lawyers are the ones who purchased hoping to win a few lawsuits and bank a few million over the next decade. Considering that they likely have a good backlog of business and this is just one, it's a good deal for them. For DNAD, not so much. If one hasn't read the patent, they would not understand. That seems to be the problem with most folks when it comes to this company, total lack of understanding about what is going on.
I saw a tweet about Blockchain contracts which is of particular interest to me as that is what I do for a living. I am really curious to see what the next few weeks unveil as the plan starts building momentum.
