Probably with a lot of Vodka! But as Janice pointed out, this case is a little unusual happening so much quicker than normal. It will be interesting to see if the SEC is getting tougher on all the late filers. Some are extremely late and still kicking and ticking. So is it a new policy or anomaly? SEC give us a policy update! They are always so slow to act on everything, even their own business.

No doubt Tony thought he had a little more time before the SEC acted.
Will they emerge from the ashes???? Jeez this is fun. Kind of like rolling dice in a back alley in Malaysia.
