So, USMJ is forced to pay 51% of any money they ever make to a 3rd party. I was correct, since this is also finally disclosed on their financials.

This will leave almost nothing left for divies or to put back into the company.

USMJ will need to continue to dilute investors into the ground, like they are so well known for.
