The question in my mind is whether or not the deal being negotiated is for licensing part of Brilacidin, such as for OM, or for the entire platform?

I can see that issue being a sticking point in negotiations. If Leo and Dr Bertolino can close a deal with upfront cash it allows them more options moving forward.

I'm cautiously optimistic about Prurisol, and consider Kevetrin back burnered until a deal is struck.

Leo has created something probably no one has ever done on the amateur OTC. That is, he created a mature late-stage biotech pipe line with 3 different compounds that has the potential to be monetized to the tune of billions.
