DARKPULSE TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS SIGNS OPTION AGREEMENT WITH BATTELLE FOR LICENSE FOR NEW ULTRA HIGH SENSITIVITY SENSORS (UHSS) FOR DETECTING DRUGS, EXPLOSIVES AND CHEMICAL WARFARE AGENTS (CWAS)
May 10, 2018 – NEW YORK, New York – DarkPulse Technology Holdings Inc. (“DarkPulse” or the “Company”), the New York subsidiary of DarkPulse Technologies Inc., announces that it has executed an option agreement with Battelle, which operates the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) under contract for the US Department of Energy (DOE).
This arrangement could yield significant benefits to the Company, if a subsequent license agreement results:
DarkPulse could enhance its technology portfolio with UHSS as applied to Homeland Security, Defense, and Law Enforcement markets.
Vapor phase detection of explosives is the next high impact technological development. that could positively impact security screening operations within TSA and other agencies.
This UHSS technology may also be utilized to enable detection systems for narcotics, like Fentanyl and other drugs of abuse.
Reports of recent events in both the UK and Syria with CWAs clearly illustrate a need for UHSS capable of detecting CWAs at levels far below those Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health (IDLH).
