You can either sue the directors, in which case it will be easier to get to Dan and Nisse as opposed to Solomon. Or you can sue the company. But the Chinese courts will never allow it to go bankrupt.
You need shareholders owning 5% of the stock either way. Or ex-shareholders. And a lead plaintiff. And a way to pay the lawyers.
