The AS was the lesser of two evils. Without it the new acquisition wouldn't have happened. I was told that much in an email from the company. I would rather have had the increase to guarantee the new hospital vs the PR stating they couldn't acquire it due to no financing without the AS. It's really up to the market now to see where it goes. Without some kind of PR today it might get ugly hard to say. While I also don't agree with it I understand it.
