Just lie down and die then? Well, you might be right. If it had been a european and american operation then we could, but maybe we can't since China is involved.

We have Garret, Jordan and flyguys talking to Solomon.

Well, Nisse (Jordan) is chair of the compensation committee and has approved a toxic compensation scheme AFTER the toxic note and after the implosion of the PPS. How on earth he could have done that is beyond me (if I were him I would be somewhat anxious because he can't seek shelter in China). No help to get from him.

Hyperboy doesn't even dare to post here anymore - which is a shame - since he gets bashed everytime he does (not deserved IMO). Does he/they have any influence on Solomon? (I'm asking because I haven't heard that before).

That leaves Garret as our only chance, but he has secured himself with the toxic note and is willing to wait it all out. He can wait years and years, and the toxic note is also his anti-dilutive medicin. My impression is that he is a decent guy and that he wants the PPS to increase, but he is a business man and he is NOT in the same boat as us. His toxic note also makes sure that the PPS stays depressed until SIAF delivers significantly. I'm still baffled how Solomon could accept that note, it's 50% of what he repaid himself this year, and fractions of the assets that has been transferred to TRW. It makes me wonder if Garret kicked him in the balls and threatened to take actions if he didn't get to protect his investment and that the toxic note is Garret's doing and not Solomon. Pure speculations of course, which might be very unfair to Garret, but it is obvious that you have to be a big guy (ECAB, Garret) with Solomon.

Summa summarum; we're on our own. So the question is; are you willing to protect your investment? And - more important - are we able to?
