Fuquan Investment blockchain ties

I posted this a few weeks ago but I think it bears repeating:

In October last year, Fuquan Investment established a blockchain incubator. Prior to this, Fuquan Investment commissioned a research team to specialize in blockchain technology. Today, the incubator has settled in six blockchain projects. “One of them is In Canada, the bottom five technologies are related to industrial applications, such as supply chain finance, medical care, and food.

If this is the same company (I don't know who "George" is - I have not seen his name within the context before) I think this may be referring to Zhongke Digital Assets, which in turn may be related to ticker ZKCC??
