The very same thing with BLTA. The

SEC shut them down "yesterday" for failure
to file. For over a year the CEO was saying,
"in a few weeks the filings will be out!"
Then, it suddenly happen....the SEC came down
on them and all shsreholders lost their money
so quickly yesterday morning. I'll play this
one as a day trader only.
