COMMON FALLACIES ABOUT HEMP LEGALIZATION AND ITS EFFECT ON VATE

FALLACY #1

"Hemp Legalization Will Not Be A Catalyst For Hemp Stocks"

My Response:

It will be the very 1st time that the hemp sector has experienced a direct mania-inducing catalyst, a catalyst that is highly specific for Hemp stocks

So nobody has seen anything like this before and comparing it to previous MJ catalysts is merely another example of a common logical fallacy

California launching recreational MJ sales in January 2018 was clearly not a hemp-specific catalyst

Neither was Colorado launching recreational MJ sales in 2014

Neither was CA, MA, NV, ME and AZ voting for recreational MJ in 2016

Yet despite the fact that these 3 prior mania-inducing catalysts were MJ-related, the hemp stocks participated right alongside the MJ stocks as the entire family of cannabis stocks (MJ, HEMP, CBD) rose in tandem

But the big difference with the upcoming federal legalization of hemp is that it is clearly a hemp-specific catalyst and IT IS THE VERY FIRST ONE

And besides being the first and only direct and hemp-specific catalyst, it is also THE LARGEST POSSIBLE CATALYST IN EXISTENCE for Hemp Stocks

All prior mania-inducing catalysts that have occurred since 2014 have been MJ-specific

So if hemp stocks have already proven to react manically to non-specific MJ catalysts, then what should we be expecting to happen to hemp stocks when the biggest possible and most hemp-specific catalyst hits?

FALLACY #2

"If VATE were going to skyrocket based on Hemp Legalization, it would already be running because everybody already knows about the upcoming vote on hemp legalization, and everybody already knows it is going to pass, so that is already priced-in"

My Response:

Have you asked friends, family members, peers if they know that hemp legalization is about to be voted on in the Senate?

I have performed this exercise and strongly encourage anybody that thinks Mitch's bill is so well known amongst the prospective investment community to do so as well

There has only been one day of coordinated bona fide national news coverage (New York Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, LA Times, CNBC, etc.) thus far, so it's not surprising that few know about it

Compared to how many will know after the Senate votes on it and the mainstream media covers the story ad nauseam, I would say that right now, figuratively speaking, nobody knows about it

---

"Everybody already knows the Hemp Legalization bill is going to pass"

Again, where are you getting this from...

Hemp has been federally illegal for 80 years and a Schedule 1 substance for 48 years and Congress has never passed any cannabis legislation whatsoever, outside of an obscure amendment attached to the federal budget restricting DOJ funds from being used to prosecute MJ cases in states where cannabis is legal

---

"It is already priced-in, otherwise VATE would already be running"

See above

I think you are getting confused between the analysis I provide and what the market knows

I believe the hemp bill will easily pass the Senate this month based on all of my reading, analysis, DD, etc

I pride myself on being ahead of the market and on being able to accurately predict what will happen in the future and how the market will respond to it -- that is what gives me my edge
That is the only way I know to achieve amazing returns
Case in point THE 2016 GRAND SALAMI

I have been anticipating hemp's legalization in mid-2018 for awhile now, and that is why I picked 2 hemp stocks on 12/18/17 for THE 2018 GRAND SALAMI
We are now entering mid-year and we are on the doorstep of federal hemp legalization

I think less than 15% of all prospective investors in VATE are on Ihub right now, and significantly fewer than that read my board and know what we know

The final point I will make is that there is no hard scheduled date for the Senate vote to take place

The absence of a specific date acts to largely prevent any anticipatory runup

If Mitch says that the vote will take place on May 15th, I think there would be a much higher probability of an anticipatory runup amongst the population of people who are already investors in the cannabis sector and aware of the significance of hemp legalization to the hemp sector, as well as its ramifications for the MJ sector

But since that number is so small compared to the number of prospective investors post-legalization, if any anticipatory runup does occur, it is likely to pale in comparison to what we will see after the vote

A final counter argument to your flawed logic, and one based on historical precedent, is 1/1/14

Look at the performance of the MJ stocks in December 2013 -- they largely moved sideways -- and compare that performance to January 2014 -- they moved vertically into the stratosphere

The media attention is the single biggest driving force surrounding bigtime catalysts in the cannabis sector

Many wrongly believed there was a ton of media attention in December 2013 about Colorado launching recreational MJ sales on January 1st, 2014 and thought that event was already priced in -- but media attention is relative

What those people failed to realize is that regardless of how they defined "a ton", there would be 1 Million "tons" of media coverage after 1/1/14

The same thing happened in 2016 before the elections, when many wrongly predicted that CA, MA, NV, AZ and ME voting for recreational MJ was priced in due to all the media coverage that took place between January-August of that year

Those people stayed on the sidelines and watched in disbelief as THE 2016 GRAND SALAMI skyrocketed in September and October

I think we may see a repeat of that same phenomenon we have already seen play out during the last 2 manias in 2014 and 2016 once the Senate votes on Hemp Legalization, which will be, by far, the most significant event in the history of the hemp sector, and just like with Colorado in 2014 and the elections in 2016, it is a fascinating story with historical, political and economic dimensions, in addition to being one with tremendous ramifications for the future of the MJ industry -- these are the types of events that the mainstream media typically cannot get enough of...

Lots of people are going to be stuck on the sidelines, frozen in place, staring in disbelief as the masses pour into VATE

I won't be standing amongst them
