ALPS is a NASDAQ institution MM, so there is a chance of new institutional investors getting onboard after recent conference last week, or perhaps RSCI is getting uplisted soon?? If uplist, don't they have to trade over $1 for at least 7 days?? Either way its just getting started, glta, jmho
