The Pros? I have read the Court case that was posted a little more.

-Currently Viva demanding court order on LG criminal charge.

Viva and LG had come to an agreement that LG would loan Viva Money. If Viva does not have money, they would agreed to convert Shares until they pay off the debt. Guess what happened? Back in 2017 LG converted those Shares and manipulate the Prices. Criminal Charge against LG because the interest rate was more than the percentage that was regulated by the goverment policy and on top of that LG is convert the Shares and Manipulate stocks price and got more than what what they were promised that debt to be paid. Overall IMHO, LG has Fraud Viva and had conduct criminal act. Hoping to see $OTTV sheds some light here..!! Thanks for the Court Doc. Someone please post those court order again.
