Someone please explain to me why their website was down and is now owned by a completely different company that has nothing to do with BYOC?!?! http://www.beyondcommerce.com/

I have been holding and loading on the dips but this concerns as an investor of a company that supposedly has big things coming...anyone care to take a guess?
