These things are not coincidence. I think the FDA is doing what it can to delay the inevitable. As Said on the board:
1. US STEM CELL could easily just switch over to bone marrow SHOULD IT BE FORCED TO, which hasn’t been needed yet and don’t think it will when it’s all said and done.
2. The FDA has lost many lawsuits before and they’d have to get away with blatantly targeting two companies and leaving the rest alone as well as opioid crisis. Not sure how that will stand up in court.
3. The sun-rise clinic is just a portion of the revenue being brought in. 3 more clinics in Florida.
4. Even if they shut down one clinic, the US STEM CELL physician clients are still buying kits and the partially owned clinics still fully operational with no mention of in this injunction filed.
