What reputable company goes to a film market...

With absolutely no money to actually acquire films (see factual legal docs about the last bounced check for a couple of grand a la Parki)?

With no working demo for a VOD service they're attempting to attract signups for? FYI, these typically require either license fees for splits with minimum guarantees. In other words, money.

With no working corporate website? Aka the same one promised since early this year?

Parki and Freddy. Who, BTW, are still nowhere to be found on the Sony Pictures schedule. Nowhere.
