So why Leo did not get that money?
Rather tgan drawing the shares at continuously lower prices - he could have taken $30 million and diluted at higher prices.

The dilution would have happened at one time, he would have much worry, he could repay his high interest loan - with that kind of funds - he could negotiate with strength.

He is diluting at 1/3 or 1/4 rate - so he took seriously wrong decision - he is left with less than $3 million and raised money at very low price and market treats it like a crappy company.

That shows lack of strategy - just mom and pop shop operation
