This will be the 5th name and symbol change for this company in 30 years, and still no revenue in all those years. Oh excuse me: Yahoo Finance says one year they had 48 cents revenue, and another year they had 86 cents revenue.

Yates better check with the SEC. Found something out the other day. They kept this company as a startup company for 3 decades because startup companies get some privileges and don't have to do things like a normal company. But the SEC says that if they keep it as a startup company for a prolonged time they lose some of the privileges. The SEC also states that if they keep it as a startup company for a prolonged time without any improvement in revenue they can lose all the startup company privileges.
