That's odd, I have never seen a Equity Purchase Agreement that didn't name the Purchaser - only with a scam like OWCP is the purchaser unnamed.

WTH??? It isn't the responsibility of Newbridge to name the purchaser if OWCP has signed the documents.

One reason is because if they named a scam company it would be exposed very quickly.

Obviously, the investment community doesn't believe the 8-K.

The Death Knell has sounded for OWCP.
