They didn't "get" a contract with Air Products meaning the "contract" was bought - not awarded so it is not an endorsement from Air Products in any way. They are licensing technology of unknown value from Air Products (and for me the litmus test is that if it were valuable someone which much lower financing than ALYI could have licensed it with a higher IRR). That is as true and meaningful as my saying I have a contract with Comcast, Netflix, and Apple (which I do buy buying services with them with contractual obligations). It is not proof that ALYI is legitimate. Rather, the frequent PR'ing of research that they paid $3500 for (granted it did not guarantee a good review but I have never seen negative paid for research) is an excellent sign that it is not a legitimate company. Anyone who buys the stock of a company that does not publish financials with the SEC is really going on a lot of trust and it usually ends badly.
