From the only bit of information to EVER supposedly come from H-D International Holdings Group back in January where it mentioned the name change, symbol change, and 1 for 1000 reverse split it also listed the contact info:

I sent an e-mail to Wen Liang Chou last week and still haven't heard back. I also called [phone] Monday and again today but the number is (still) bogus.
Has anyone received an email response or gotten a hold of the company if the phone number ever worked? Is there alternate contact info somewhere?

Typically, when a company has a market cap in the billions of dollars they have a working telephone number.
