Urban... has been revoked and reinstated 2ce in the past 10 years. Looks normal for them.

Nevada has increased allowable reinstatement time from 3 years to 5 years.

That doesn’t mean that after 5 years they cannot restart the (a) corporation using the same name.
(I’m not going to get involved in a debate as to the pros/cons pitfalls/advantages of either).

Remember; the operation of the business is under State supervision, while the trading of shares is under Federal auspices.
