Shareholders that got screwed by the representations of Tony, Lampl and a few “behind the scenes players” should be sending those electronic communications to the SEC and looking for civil lawyers to file civil fraud actions. Some of the crooks have some money and a civil judgement may be possible. One. Of them claims to have a lot of money.
