Is the invite for institutional investors or just individual? If it's for institutional investors, wouldn't that be more for creating interest AFTER FDA approval? Because I highly doubt a company is going to invest at this stage. Still too much risk exposure for the big boys. It just makes more sense from their standpoint to let Titan foot the bill and the risk through FDA approval. Then come in and either bring an offer of buyout to the table or begin investing.
