Clearly any raise has the effect of raising cash, which ADXS does need. Steering the shares to shorts as a payoff to make them go away would be killing two birds with one stone. I’m not sure what your conclusion is. The fact is, the short interest dropped by millions of shares surrounding the offering. Not a very big leap to surmise that many offering shares were used to cover.
