the shareholder base is ignorant and doesn't do their DD. They didn't even know that USMJ is required to give 51% of any money they ever make to a 3rd party.

The base apparently ignores the fact that USMJ has increased the share authorization many, many times over the past few years.

The base has seen their percent-ownership of the share pool tank and drop to a tiny percentage of what it was when the base first bought their shares.

Now USMJ has 20 billion shares authorized, but still not enough shares to allow conversion of their toxic notes and liabilities and deferred compensation.
